The Xcalibur team will facilitate a workshop with Wisconsin GEAR UP to build upon and reinforce the existing data infrastructure. Data sources, timelines, and responsibilities will be mapped out to ensure consistency and accuracy in data collection.
The Xcalibur team will meet with the HCPS GEAR UP program to revisit SCRIBE and train new users on 9/26/18. On 9/27/18, grant leadership will participate in an Xcalibur longitudinal data dive to unpack service participation data over the last 3 years.
Xcalibur will be performing a SCRIBE Data Dive with superintendents to further explore GEAR UP service data with districts.
The Xcalibur team will be spending a few days with Georgia GEAR UP staff conducting an in-depth evaluation retreat.
