Jim Brown will be meeting with the GEAR UP New Mexico Team for the final data collaborative of the year. Additionally the team will meet to planning the remainder of the year and begin development of the workplan for 2018-2019 school year.
The Xcalibur team is traveling to Central Washington University to provide a train the trainer session on SCRIBE to the SOAR and MOSAIC GEAR UP grant team leaders.
The Xcalibur team will facilitate a workshop with Wisconsin GEAR UP to build upon and reinforce the existing data infrastructure. Data sources, timelines, and responsibilities will be mapped out to ensure consistency and accuracy in data collection.
The Xcalibur team will meet with the HCPS GEAR UP program to revisit SCRIBE and train new users on 9/26/18. On 9/27/18, grant leadership will participate in an Xcalibur longitudinal data dive to unpack service participation data over the last 3 years.
Xcalibur will be performing a SCRIBE training for USU grants.
Xcalibur staff will be training the University of Central Oklahoma GEAR UP grants (Central and Connect).
