The APR Window is Open!

Posted by

As we enter the middle of February, my hope is that you are not just now looking at data for the upcoming APR reporting period right now for the first time. With the APR portal now open…yes I said it, it’s open, it’s time to comb through the data you collected for School Year 2021-2022 in preparation for the APR!

During our February Town Hall, our SCRIBE snippet highlighted the two new APR Backup reports that are now available in SCRIBE!! We listened when you told us that the APR Backup reports Section VI for Course Enrollment & Completion was not super user friendly as they historically have been two separate reports. So, we are very excited that this APR reporting year we have two brand new reports to make comparing the course enrollment & completion much easier!

The APR Back Up Report – Section VI – Combined Course Enrollment & Completion report in SCRIBE provides you with the student level disaggregated data that generates the tables for the APR Report Section VI Table 1.

The APR Back Up Report – Section VI – Rigorous Course Enrollment & Completion report in SCRIBE provides you with the student level disaggregated data surrounding rigorous course enrollment and completion by standard course for the APR Report Section VI Table 2.

Use these SCRIBE APR Section VI Backup Reports to check student-level data to determine if data gaps are present in the APR Report Section VI Student Outcomes table. Keep in mind, before SCRIBE can calculate course enrollment and completion for APR report Section VI, all course lists and student grades must be added into SCRIBE.

For questions on these new reports reach out to your grant’s SCRIBE data contact, or check out the tutorials on the SCRIBE Help Desk.
